This notice reflects the technical state of the website. Before publication, it must be legally reviewed and adapted to the final hosting, form service and any activated services.

2. Hosting and server logs
The final hosting provider may process technically necessary connection data. Provider, retention and legal basis must be added once hosting is selected.
3. Contact and forms
When you contact us, we process your details to respond to the enquiry. Form details are sent through a protected website endpoint to our email delivery provider Brevo and delivered to our contact inbox. According to Brevo, its data is processed and stored on servers within the European Union.
4. File uploads
The enquiry form does not accept files or project photos and does not transmit attachments. If images are needed to process an enquiry, a suitable transfer method will be agreed personally afterwards. The privacy and deletion information communicated for that separate method will apply.
5. Cookies and consent
Necessary local storage records your cookie choice. Cookie-free audience measurement by GoatCounter remains active independently. Optional analytics and marketing services load only after consent and only when valid identifiers are configured.
6. Audience measurement and advertising
GoatCounter is used for privacy-conscious measurement of visits, page views and technical usage characteristics. The website loads a small script from gc.zgo.at and sends page-view data to gala-rundum.goatcounter.com. According to the provider, no cookies or persistent identifiers are set and neither IP addresses nor full browser identifiers are stored; reports are largely aggregated. The service is operated by Martin Tournoij in Ireland and hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH servers in Germany and Finland. Purpose and legal basis require final legal review. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel remain inactive without identifiers.
7. WhatsApp and Instagram
Links do not load embedded third-party content on this site. When clicked, the privacy rules of the respective provider apply.
8. Maps and booking
No embedded map or booking calendar is loaded. External maps open only after a click; appointment details are requests, not confirmed bookings.
9. Your rights
Depending on legal conditions, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and complaint. The final text requires legal review.
10. Updates
This notice must be updated whenever hosting, forms, analytics, advertising, maps, Instagram or booking changes.
